My wife and I started this journey out of love for tradition and a passion for Mexican food. Over time, our business grew, and our birria became a local favorite, known for its rich flavor and quality. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, we focused our energy on our Phoenix location, transforming it into a full taquería that highlights our specialty in birria while also offering a variety of Mexican snacks.
